About

Are you looking for your first home, relocating, down-sizing or up-sizing, or an investor looking for that perfect home? I am here to help! I currently buy and re-sale foreclosed homes and have worked in the mortgage industry from 1992 until 2010. This area helps me in informing my clients on what to expect throughout the entire process, as well as what kind of things they can do to improve their chances of obtaining that home they are looking at. Use my web-site to find information about how to choose the "right" property, how to make an offer, what happens during the negotiation period, financing or mortgage rate questions, moving and many other topics to help you be more informed with your real estate decision in today's market. Please feel free to browse my site for North Georgia Properties in Forsyth, Dawson, Cherokee, Cobb, Pickens, Bartow, Gilmer, Lumpkin, Hall, Floyd and many more. As well as find information on your local community. If you are a current homeowner and are thinking of placing it on the market, my web-site also has information for you to help with your decision.www.macybabb.net
